1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or using any SplashLens product (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Deer Track Design LLC ("we," "us," "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. Business users must have the authority to bind their organization.

3. Beta & waitlist

The Service is currently in pre-release development. Waitlist signups are not a guarantee of beta access, pricing, or launch timing. Pricing and features displayed are subject to change prior to launch.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, software — is the property of Deer Track Design LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. "SplashLens" is a trademark of Deer Track Design LLC. Third-party product names (e.g., manufacturer names like Latham, Leisure Pools, Thursday Pools, Hayward, Pentair) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that dimensions, 3D representations, pricing, or equipment specifications shown in the app are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular pool installation. All installation decisions must be made in consultation with a licensed pool professional.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deer Track Design LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in McLean County, Illinois.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect any material change. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
