1. What we collect

SplashLens is operated by Deer Track Design LLC ("we," "us"). When you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect the email address you provide, the approximate country derived from your IP address at the time of submission, your referrer URL, and a timestamp. If you use our mobile app, we do not collect personal data beyond what you enter and we do not upload your camera stream or images off your device.

2. How we use it

We use the information solely to communicate with you about SplashLens — launch announcements, beta onboarding, product updates, and responses to inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies & analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual users across sessions. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking tools on this marketing site.

4. Data retention

We retain waitlist and inquiry information indefinitely unless you request deletion. You can request deletion by emailing frost@belowzeromedia.com.

5. Your rights

If you are a resident of the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with consumer privacy rights, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us using the email above.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect any material change. Continued use of SplashLens after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
